Returns Policy

1. Overview

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to purchases of Coroflo products made directly from Coroflo in Ireland and the United Kingdom, whether via our website or through other direct sales channels. It does not apply to purchases made from third-party retailers, who may operate their own returns policies.

2. Your right to cancel (cooling-off period)

  • If you are a consumer based in Ireland or the UK, you have the right to cancel your online or distance purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without giving any reason, in line with applicable consumer protection laws.
  • To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel within the 14-day period using the contact details in Section 9 or initiate a return via our website.
  • After you notify us, you then have a further 14 days to return the product to us.

3. Conditions for returns (change of mind)

To qualify for a refund where you cancel within the cooling-off period or otherwise return items due to change of mind:

  • Products must be unused, in as-new condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals and any free gifts supplied with your order.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless they are being returned due to a fault (see Section 4).
  • We reserve the right to inspect returned goods and to refuse a refund or make a partial refund where products show signs of use, damage, or missing components beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

4. Faulty or defective products

  • If you believe your Coro is faulty or defective, please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue, providing your order details and a clear description of the fault.
  • We may ask you for supporting information, for example photos, video or usage details, to help us assess the issue.
  • Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, you will be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under Irish or UK consumer law.
  • Items damaged through misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, or not used in accordance with the instructions are not considered faulty.

5. Return process

To return an unopened product:

  1. Log onto the An Post Returns Portal via https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns.
  2. In the Find your Retailer section, type Coroflo, enter your reason for return as I am returning Coro unopened, and enter your order number.
  3. Continue to add your details and pay the €4.50 processing fee.
  4. Pack the product securely, ideally using the original packaging.
  5. Drop the parcel to your local Post Office for return.

To return a faulty or defective product:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number, contact details and reason for return.
  2. Our team will confirm whether your return is eligible and provide you with return instructions, including the correct return address and any reference number to include in the parcel.

We may update the specific return method over time, and any such details will be stated on our website.

6. Return shipping costs

  • For change-of-mind returns within the cooling-off period, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless we have expressly offered free returns for your order.
  • If you are returning a product because it is faulty, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong item, we will either provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your reasonable return shipping costs once the fault is confirmed.
  • We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit when you arrange the return yourself, so we strongly recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, once we have received and inspected the returned product or confirmed that a fault exists.
  • We will process your refund as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods or, in the case of non-returnable faulty goods, from the date we confirm your entitlement to a refund.
  • Original delivery charges will be refunded only where required by law, for example if you cancel the entire order within the statutory cooling-off period or where goods are faulty. Any enhanced delivery upgrade you selected, such as express shipping, may not be refundable.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

8. Exchanges

  • We may offer exchanges for the same product where stock is available, for example replacing a faulty or damaged item.
  • Where an exchange is not possible, we will offer a refund in line with this policy.
